With a high density tear resistant layer and a thickened PE lining, the packaging withstands over 15kg of pressure and 300% tear resistance, ensuring that the nuts remain intact during transportation and storage. The dual-seal technology integrates food-grade aluminum foil barriers and precision heat-seal edges to block oxygen and moisture, keeping it brittle for up to 18 months. At the same time, the fully customizable size (50g-5kg), design (logo, matte/gloss finishes) and functional add-ons (resealable zippers, hanging holes) enable the brand to customize packaging for retail, e-commerce or gift. Reusable and FSC-certified outer boxes underline our commitment to a circular economy.

Product Advantages


1.Food grade degradable material/food grade kraft paper, passed SGS safety certification. The packaging bag can be naturally degraded or recycled to reduce the environmental burden. 2.High density composite material + thickened PE inner layer, multi-layer co-extrusion process to create a compression and fall resistant structure. 4.Independent drying, optional customized deoxidizer/desiccant independent bin design (not in direct contact with nuts), intelligent adjustment of humidity in the bag, refuse to be softened by moisture.
